  Great place! Employees are fast to take care of you and get you out the door. They always have what you need in stocks. I called 3 places that were out of the water heater I needed for an install and they had one in stick for a good price!

  Diane and Julie in the salesroom are inconsiderate, rude, and downright ridiculous in their lack of customer service. I went to Plumbers Supply when we first decided to add a bathroom. I made an appointment with Julie, she directed me to Diane. Diane said she would get back to me the next week with the requested information. After not hearing from her I called. Julie answered and said Diane was on vacation and they just didn't have time to send the information to me. Julie did then manage to send me the information via email. I promise to my plumber I would give them another chance. I called today. Diane answered. This time she said she didn't have time to meet with me today but could meet with me tomorrow. Unfortunately I was busy the next day. I told her I would just go to Lowes. She said that she would take care of me if I came in today, "Julie and I can find the time." Then she said "I just got out of the hospital and was going to sneak out early." I told her I was sorry she hadn't felt well and hoped she was feeling better while trying to understand WHY she provided me with this infoemation. After discussing this with my husband we decided not to do business with plumber supply. I called her back to tell her I would be going elsewhere (thus enabling her to "sneak out early". I then tried to call the regional manager in Louisville. But was given voicemail. Obviously this company does not care about customer service.

  Julie is incredibly rude. not knowing anythimg about shower plumbing sustema went into the store hoping to gain some knowledge and pricing. Told her my budget for a shower head. She laughed and told me that my budget is to low and i need to start my budget at one thousand dollars. For a shower head and handle. Yeah right. Told her i would go to lowes. She told me they did not know anything. Went to lowes and they did know what they were talking about. Also ordered my shower head and body jets from lowes after they took the time to explain what i needed.
