  I wish I could give a better review as the two gentleman who came to my home to preform the inspection were polite and explained the process to me, I felt very well. We had a leak in our hot water line. Indiana Leak Detection came and put tape down on the location of the leak which they said was just inside of our laundry room. They referred me to a contractor who could fix the leak and redo the tile. Once the contractor broke through our floor he couldn't find the leak as it was detected wrong. I called Indiana Leak Detection who swiftly told me he was at another job and couldn't come until it was complete. My husband called and got the same answer (not even saying he could be there that day). Finally, our contactor called and boom Indiana Leak Detection could suddenly be on their way. They showed up and found the leak to be under our kitchen sink which meant busting yet another hole into our flooring. When my husband showed up he had to waive them down to speak with them as they were in a hurry to get to another job. The point is, this was not a little mistake, this cost us labor, material and time. I haven't heard from this company since the detection, which shows where customer services resides in their eyes. I wish I could write a positive review but unfortunately that wasn't the situations we were given.

  Two appointments this week with these folks. The first time they showed up two hours beforehand at the wrong time. Rescheduled for today, and they never showed up. No call or text or anything. I've heard they do outstanding work and they came highly recommended to me. But I can't take time off work and not have these people show up.

  Mike is very knowledgeable and was spot on when detecting our slab leak. He’s professional, thorough, and all around such a nice guy too! I highly recommend going with this company!
