  If there was an option for 0 stars, it would apply to this company. The owner is unprofessional, rude, lazy and "forgets" what he quotes. The work done is horrible, halfway and overpriced. Owners and companies like this are the ones who give all trade professions a bad rep. Stay clear from this thief.

  Today I woke up without water running anywhere on my property. I called The Plumber and they were at my home the same day. The guys took time to make sure I knew everything they examined until they found the problem. When the problem was found and it was a big one, the well pump was out, they made sure I knew what they would need to do fix the problem. They also went over the issues with the pump size I had 1Hp for my large property (2 buildings on 10 acres). They told me the difference in price ahead of time to increase the HP of the pump and why they thought I should do it. They only left briefly to get the supplies they needed to replace our pump. The guys powered through the job quickly and efficiently. They accommodated my request to increase the height of the pump so I can build a deck around it in the future and they went over the warranty on the pump and the work before they left. Use these guys!

  James and his team are the best! I have used them several times at my home and office. Their team has always been on time and professional. I would recommend The Plumber of SW Florida to anyone needing any level of plumbing work.
