  Not so much a problem with the “worker” except he talked a lot and repeated himself frequently (I feel like this was to increase the rate). Turns out he did not find any problems w my water heater so I pd 270.00 for a service call. I’m happy to pay a reasonable price for the service call but we were told AFTER the fact that they bill for driving time. They are in North FM and I’m in South FM. They should be more transparent w their pricing. This is NOT on any advertisement I have found.Everything the plumber did, had previously been done. Called the company to make certain they do bill this way and the lady in the phone said “yes”…she didn’t really seem overly concerned that they don’t advertise this pricing issue. I will not be using them again. I’ve used them previously and never been told I was being charge for “drive time”. This is “season” and I would have called someone closer to me had I know this…now I do, and so do the readers of Google reviews. $270.00 is just too high for a call that required nothing be fixed. I like to support independent/family businesses but I won’t support this one any longer.

  They didn't fix the problem, plumber broke a tool off in the drain and wasn't able to retrieve it, further adding to problem, and charged 405.00 for 3 hours of work that was more talking than work. Had another company out the next day that not only fixed drain problems but also camera scoped the drain finding the previous tool broken off. The second plumber was able to fix and charged half the price in a more professional manner.

  These guys are so professional and good. They came out and done my water lines and done a great job keeping me informed on everything. They also cleaned up afer themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asked. Thank you Dennie!
