Our toilet tank broke last Friday. I called several plumbing companies but only Plumber Anderson Mill answered the phone. From start to finish they were very professional, good communication level and affordable price. There were not upselling, no pressure, just good advice. This is an honest company.

The upstairs toilet started leaking and the water was causing damage to the floor. After calling and calling without finding a plumber available I called Plumber Anderson Mill which was recommended by my cousin. I’m glad I called because they came to my rescue. They fixed the leak, and everything is working out fine now. They were very professional.

Rob was the technician that helped me today. I didn't have hot water due to a water leak coming from the water heater. I wasn't sure if it was the actual water heater or the pipe that connects to it. I sent Rob some pictures and he told me it was most probably the unit being old. He was right the unit was almost 20 years old. He found the leak and replaced the unit. I recommend their service.
