  Jerred and Eric installed a new water heater after ours crapped out. They were 5 minutes early! Amazing! They gave us a beautiful upgrade and were polite, detailed and professional. I would recommend them take care of you if you want things don’t correctly and up to code. Good job guys and thanks again for coming out on a Saturday.

  I had issues with my main line backing up a couple of times a year for several years. Warranty company agreed to have it cameras. The warranty company sent them out to hydro jet the line. After canceling twice, they show up. Than they don’t have all the tools they need; which leads to a two hour wait. After finishing the job; they say the line is cracked and broken and needs to be replaced. After getting approval and setting an appointment, they canceled. I had the warranty company send another plumber out and start the process over again. They ran the camera and said the line was fine; the riser at the end of the line was needing replaced. Plumb Genius said the line was made of orangburg; my plumber said it was cast iron . Bottom line: they canceled on me multiple times. They lied to me and the warranty company. I would not recommend!

  My technician’s name was Eric. He came to check out my disposal, did a great job. He was polite, informative and made me feel like he cared. 5/5 will recommend Plumb Genius to anyone listening.
