The office personnel was so very understanding and compassionate. She was trying to get the best appointment and kept me informed on the status. The two repairmen were excellent. They went about their job and was very efficient. They removed and installed the new one in record time. I was very impressed with the company and would recommend them to anyone. I would have liked to have a new drip pan but that is a little thing.

Top notch response and service. Replaced my well water tank and I was pleased with their installation, communication and professionalism. Came out first to consult on job and clearly laid out their recommendations which matched the end result. This is the 3rd time I've used their services for items I needed done at my house and barn, and would definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

These guys are great! I had an estimate from another plumber to replace the motor in my steam room for 5,500 dollars. Because it seemed so expensive I reached out to PLUMB DOCTOR for a second estimate. They told me I didn’t need an entire motor, I just needed to replace a part on the existing motor. They ended up saving me almost 5,000!! They’re honest, and their good! I recommend them 100%
