We lost our hot water yesterday morning. Called Plumb Care and they sent someone out the same day. Techs were knowledgeable, friendly, and repaired issue in less than an hour. Would recommend and will use again if need be.

Buyer beware! This company WAY over charges. Not only did this happen to me but also a friend of ours (who we didn't know was going to get a bid from this service). They will show up for the estimate and judge you based on how you look, your home, property and bid you accordingly. If they speculate that you are rich...watch out! You will get a bid WAY over the normal bid price of any other reputable company. Do not use this service unless you have disposable money and don't care if you are over charged.

Technician arrived a little late, but he did call me and advise his situation. When he got to my home he located the repair a leak within one hour. We plan to use plumb care for other projects around the home.

Recently our water stopped working and with a well providing our water we had to pull the pump from the ground to check whether it was a power line issue or a well pump issue. Whenever this company came and pulled the well pump, pricing was fair and they were very respectful. They valued my opinion and knowledge on the matter, which as a female meant a lot and showed great values. I wasn't able to repair that day but they reviewed over what the issue was and estimated cost to fix which was extremely helpful. Thank you to a wonderful company!

Bradley and Chris came out to find and repair a leak in my water main. They called and came out an hour earlier than I was quoted and started up immediately. These guys didn’t slow down the entire time! Fantastic work, done quick. Afterwards Bradley watched the meter with me and showed there was no water moving. My main leaked 25,000 gallons last month and these two champs fixed it to perfection in an hour and a half. I’ll be calling to schedule a remodel soon.
