Mark came over to fix an old leaky faucet in the master bath, which was tricky due to the brand (Ikea). Aside from waiting to order the right parts, Mark did a great job! We also had a new vanity installed in the guest bath. Unfortunately, it was leaking after the initial install, but Josh came back to fix the issue and did a great job! Aside from the wait and the leak the first time around, I really appreciate the customer service at Planet Plumbing and will continue to use their services in the future. Hopefully we won't need it for a while though 🤞

Planet Plumbing called us, on two separate occasions, to repair wiring, damaged by their technicians. As the damage was caused by their technicians, and a technician from their company asked us to fix it, on a recorded business line, we felt they would most likely pay the invoices. That was wrong. I provided a full explanation, and breakdown of the work involved, but they denied having authorized it. After 2 months of the invoices being delinquent, we began trying to contact managers, and owners. To which all denied responsibility for the charges. We provided voice recordings of the phone conversations between our representatives of each respective company. This prompted a call from the owners son in law, who apologized and admitted that it was embarrassingly ridiculous. I was told that they had made a huge mistake and were ready to pay the invoice. After the apology came more asking about the pricing and such, and could we make a deal to lower the price. After a few minutes of this, it was explained that our normal service rate had already been discounted nearly 20% already, and that we were now losing money as it were. Needless to say, that was not cheap enough for a larger corporation to afford, apparently. The owner was contacted again, to ensure he was aware that this is going on, to which I was told that my voice recordings of his technician wasn't s*** to suck his d***, and F*** Y**, You're a B****, and I aint paying S***. Steven Leroy Gentry, the owner of Planet Plumbing, who had just verbally assaulted me, was then notified that we are taking his business to the courts, for financial relief, if the invoices aren't paid within 48 hours.
