Only place I buy sprinkler materials. Better quality than big bog stores and these guys will take care of you. Lots of options to get your job done.

This business provides an amazing level of service. I went in with some pictures and a list of questions and they were remarkably helpful and professional. They took time to talk through my sprinkler system with me, and not just get me the products I needed but also help me better understand my system and the components.

Terrible customer service.  The owner is so rude and sets a terrible example for his employees. Never go here.  If you want great costumer service go to another small local plumber or sprinkler company.  If you want to be talked down too and called an idiot while still shopping then go here.  So extremely unprofessional. Chad you want feed back on what to do better. Treat your costumers with respect.

Chad recommended me a drip system for my yard and helped me every step of the way.  Never have applied a drip system and now I'm in love with it.  Great business and the customer service is unmatched from every employee.

The folks at Chad's are wonderful with customer service and they really know their stuff, and their prices are good too.  While I was there buying a new pump, I was able to watch them patiently help customer after customer with their different questions and needs, which was such a refreshing difference from the big box stores.   They save you so much time by really knowing about the products they sell.

Only place in town I've found the solution to old RainJet piping (7/8" piping). I had previously gone to HD to fix my problem, and after multiple trips and multiple days to try and fix my problem, I went to Chad's. They had the part I needed, and it only took me 1.5 hours to fix my problem after my visit to Chad's. Come here for all your irrigation needs.

The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and set me up well for my sprinkler project.  I’m a novice at best in this arena, so it was very nice to have someone talk me through what all I would need and who gave some good pointers on how to do things right.  Very glad I came here rather than Home Depot.

Great place for all of your sprinkler parts needs. Prices are competitive and the parts are of much better quality then your big box home improvement stores. They will even design your sprinkler system for you if you buy all the parts through them.

Great store really helpful and the guy's there know their stuff.
