  The office was responsive, quick and sent multiple confirmation texts of the scheduled appointment times including when the tech was on their way. Fair pricing as well. Donny was amazingly helpful, courteous and obviously a master of his trade. Considering how good of a job he did I likely won’t need a plumber any time soon, but if I do, I know who I’m calling again!

  Joey came to my house to replace a rusted pipe on top of my water heater which was leaking carbon monoxide. Pirate plumbing was the least expensive of 3 plumbing quotes that I received for this job. Then Joey gave me several great tips for cleaning and maintaining my water softener. Not only that, but he even gave me a very useful tip for keeping my Christmas tree green and fresh! Outstanding customer service. I’ll call them from now on for all my plumbing needs!

  I needed a good plumber fast for toilet problems. My long time plumbing service was not cooperating. They were not showing up. I called Pirate. I explained my problem and within an hour Del was here. He gave me an estimate including service call and parts. I agreed. My problem was finally solved. I am now a Pirate plumbing customer.
