We had Pipeworks Inc replace all of our water lines in our home. We have an older farmhouse so it was quite a bit of work. They were able to do the entire job in only one day! 🙌🙌🙌 They were professional, on time, knowledgeable, and their customer service is top-notch! We live in the country about 30 minutes outside of town and they were still able to get us on the schedule quickly. They are also very well priced. We highly recommend Pipeworks Inc for any plumbing needs you may have!

Pipeworks is an excellent company to use for whatever plumbing issues you are having! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but they truly want what is best for their customers.  When I was in a bind, they were willing to fit me into their schedule in order to get my issue fixed in a timely manner. I can't recommend them enough.

I was impressed by their prompt service and their responsiveness. I don’t know if there’s a better way to put it, but the office staff and the plumber seemed to be intelligent and pleasant.

I had to get a sink installed and the plumbing hooked back up. I contacted Pipeworks around 9:30am and heard back by 10am and was scheduled to have Rich come out around that same day at 12pm. Around 11:30am Rich got there and was very respectful, kind and easy to hold a conversation with. He made sure to take his time to ensure proper installation and asked me questions to make sure things were done to my preference. I appreciated this, as well as his respect for my home (he made sure to lay a sheet down so that he did not make any mess on my floor). I would recommend Pipeworks to anyone - they were prompt, respectful and Rich did a phenomenal job! They will be my new choice for any plumbing I need done.

Was on time and very friendly. We had two stopped up sinks, one each in separate bathrooms that shared the same drain in the wall. He basically added a big pile of some sort of crystals to each sink. He then took two buckets full of hot water and added it to each sink. Once the crystals dissolved in the hot water, the clog was cleared. The negative part is a 30-45 minute job cost $185.00. A bit excessive in my opinion. I'm happy the crystals worked. Who knows what the cost would have been if he had to bring the snake in. We had another drain service before for the same problem and he charged us $90.00 for a 1/2 hr. We tried to use the previous drain guy again but he wasn't available because of a family medical emergency. I only post this in hopes that Pipeworks might re-think their service call charge.

Pipeworks has flat rate pricing so you never have to watch the clock and wonder how good/fast your plumber is. Their team is great and very knowledgeable. They are good about making proactive recommendations to avoid the "emergency" scenarios. Definitely a trusted resource for anything plumbing. I highly recommend them!!

Beware of Price Gauging!

We've used Pipeworks in the past and have had decent experiences, but I fear they have gone the route of being misleading and greedy. It is so difficult to find a local business that is trustworthy and that you can count on for both fair pricing and great service. Pipeworks is no longer that local business. They charged $200 for the most minor of toilet repairs, that took less than 30 mins. This is was after the $50 service fee was applied. Plumbers are very skilled and provide a valuable set of services to be sure, but I was unaware until today, they charge as much if not more then a high priced lawyer or surgeon. It is my mission to make everyone aware of these shady practices on each and every social media review site. And to let everyone I know personally, not to use them, if they are part of the public that still values their hard earned dollars.

P.S. For what its worth, this is my first ever negative review...

Pipeworks did a great job on my new kitchen faucet and my professional plumber, Mr. Chris Brown...Great.  No leaks and clean work means wife was very happy.  Chris also explained the membership plan and I signed right up for it.  Great deal and we are very happy with service and price.

Called Pipeworks for a leaky spot in the front lawn thinking it was a broken sewer pipe. Rich came over and looked at the situation. He said that the leak looked more like a fresh water line going to the fire hydrant and advised me to call the city water department. I did and the city fixed it. I am really impressed with the professionalism and integrity.

We have used Pipeworks for an extensive remodeling project at our home. They have been awesome. Very responsive and highly professional. We have been serving as our own general contractor and if every sub was as competent as Pipeworks it would be a joy to run a project like a full remodel. Thanks Pipeworks!
