It was time to replace our old, rusty furnace with something safer & more efficient. Mike Williams provided prompt, courteous service. We were quoted a price on Friday afternoon and had the furnace installed the following Monday. The furnace technicians explained how to replace the filter & use the new thermostat before they left. The house is warm & cozy again!

Tyler Bryant from Mike Williams did an awesome job on repairing our ac unit. Our home was about 97° Saturday morning so we called Mike Williams and they had Tyler out within the hour. Tyler was very courteous and professional, taking steps to respect our home. He wore a mask and booties on his shoes the whole time. He explained in fine detail just what was going on with our ac unit and why our home wasn't cooling down. He checked everything out and gave me a quote for repair. We went forward with the repair, so he gathered the parts he needed and got the whole thing done within a hour. He did great work! Our home was cooled by the evening. He explained some of the services that Mike Williams offers and we our now a monthly member of Mike Williams! Tyler was also super nice to our dog, providing dog treats and a discount! So glad I went with Mile Williams!

After having basement flooded, had Bruce and Brandon from Mike Williams come out to investigate and replace two sump pumps.   From my very first call, everyone I dealt with were very courteous and knowledgeable.  Service was rendered promptly and professionally.  I was very impressed with Bruce and Brandon.   Would call on them again for most anything.  By promptly replacing my sump pumps, they got my family out of a real pickle.  Highly satisfied!!

Bruce Kimler came to my home on 12/30/21 for annual maintenance service on my new in 2019 Mike Williams installed furnace.   I have used Mike Williams services for all my home's mechanicals since 2016, and Bruce has been here on several occasions.   He is always professional,  thorough,  and friendly.   This time was no exception - he even brought milk bone treats for my dog which made a very positive impression on her!  Because of my consistently positive interactions with Bruce, I know I can trust Mike Williams to keep my home's mechanicals in tip top working order, and to be here for me if any problem should arise. David Pieper was sent to my home to perform plumbing repairs in my main bathroom.   He completed the work in record time, and the finished result was perfect!  Besides the professional manner in which Dave conducted the business at hand, he was personable and friendly.  My shy dog even warmed up to him very quickly and accepted pets from him.  When I call Mike Williams to schedule a repair or routine servicing of my home's mechanicals,  I trust the technicians to be skilled professionals as well as friendly, decent people. My AC (older system) gave out suddenly during this extremely hot past few days.  I'm grateful to the Mike Williams folks who were able to fit me into their schedule and get the AC back up and running within a day.  Shout out to my Technician Bruce Kimler, he really went above and beyond.  He took the time to check everything thoroughly to resolve the situation, and he explained everything to me as he went.  I will be doing more business with these folks for sure.

Tyler was very professional and personable. Answered my questions about what he was doing. And I had many. He was respectful of my home and covered his shoes at all times. The work was messy, but he cleaned every thing before leaving. He made sure everything was working and was to my  expectations. Tyler the faucet looks terrific and works great too.
