  The front office (Corey) was very courteous, responsive, & professional. I had a frozen main water supply valve and a major leak. The technician replaced the valve and repaired the leak. I plan on using this company for all future plumbing needs.

  I can't say enough good things about this company. Have had to use them 2 X since buying my home in EI and both experiences have been top notch. Recently my water heater went out on Sunday afternoon and needed a water heater by 4 PM the next day as I had renters coming later in the afternoon. Pipeline got the job done before noon well in advance of my renters! Their plumbers are knowledgable and efficient. Their office staff is polite and very helpful. Highly recommend !!!

  Pipeline Plumbing delivered prompt same-day service on the Friday of a holiday weekend! They sent two very professional technicians. Derek, the lead one, was extremely knowledgeable and polite, and clearly took pride in his work. Both technicians took the time to explain my options and give their honest recommendations. Their pricing was definitely fair, and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They completed the repair competently and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Pipeline Plumbing, and Derek was a standout model of professionalism.
