  Out heat went out right before Thanksgiving and they were out there the next day with a plan to get it fixed quickly. They did amazing work and had us up and running in no time. They whole team was extremely professional and worked with us to find the right solution for our situation. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

  My 72 year old mother scheduled an appointment with Busy Bee Services to have her air conditioning system repaired. After rescheduling her appointment twice, they finally showed up four days later. The final repair cost were almost double what they quoted before the work was started. She's on a fixed income, so she likes to know what to expect before she has unexpected repairs done. Even though she felt as if she was being taken advantage of, she paid the bill to avoid a confrontation. Two days after having the system fixed, it stopped working again. This time, I called Busy Bee Services and asked if they would come back out and if there would be another charge for them to do so. I was told there wouldn't be a charge for the second service call unless there was a new issue causing the system to not work. The business owner, Mr Prescott personally showed up with the repairman. I was happy too see him until we started discussing the details of what had taken place previously. He called my brother, myself and my mother liars and acted very angry. After refusing to do the repairs, Mr Prescott used obsene language and threatened my brother with physical violence. My siblings and myself had to split the cost of having another company do the needed repairs. All i can say is, WOW! Do yourself a favor and call another company if you need this type of work done.
