  What a great company! Lee goes above and beyond in customer service. My boiler system went out and he not only squeezed me in but worked relentlessly for about 3 days to fix my heat. I will only call Pipedown from now on for my plumbing needs. Great customer service, great value, cares about his clients, knowledgeable and resourceful.

  Amazing and professional service. Showed up and was done in a timely manner. Went above and beyond the service we needed. Was cleanly and friendly and very affordable service even being called in on an emergency!! Definitely will use again and recommend to anyone needing plumbing service.

  Lee replaced 3 sinks, faucets and old pipes and drains for me. From my initial call to completion of work was less than a week. Very efficient and respectful. Kept in contact during the process. I highly recommend him and will use his service in the future.
