  This business is the epitome of professionalism, courteous service, and competency. I had major plumbing to be done on my home and they took care of it promptly and efficiently. Matt, the plumber, was exceptional. All of the office staff offered outstanding customer service support. Pipeworks Plumbing, LLC is the best!

  Prompt, professional, friendly, and masked. They fixed a problem with the water pressure in our shower and fixed a running toilet, all in about an hour, and cleaned up after themselves carefully. They sent a surprisingly reasonable bill. We’ll definitely use them again. Great job

  We have used Pipeworks since we moved to New Bern five years ago. They are always prompt and very knowledgeable in attending to our problems. This last service call was more extensive than expected. However, they completed the job and cleaned up the area in a very professional manner - even though it was after quitting time. The office personal are courteous and called to keep us notified of their arrival.i would highly recommend this company.
