  I don't like gov offices as much as the next guy but during renovating 2 flood homes: - the gals in the office almost always answer - they state online that inspectors have 2 days to get someone out, but they always had someone out the next day for me in Fairfield even if i called later in the day - once, they had a scheduling snafu and scrambled to get a different inspector out there when the usual wasnt available - Props to Steven Pate. He was very timely and reasonable...even when I fussed at him about some stuff. I'm sure these guys get grief a lot, but I was happy with the balance shown.

  I thought Joanna and the inspectors I talked to, were very timely in their communication and helpful.

  Was calling to get an idea of what a permit would cost for a metal building to store tools for my elderly parents and the lady on the phone was very rude and condescending.
