  We've used PD for over 10 years, the work is always solid. Mark just fixed our water line and went the extra mile to keep our water on and fix our leak ASAP.

  Were very nice when I called to make an appointment, been out of water for 4 days. He came out, looked at it, and said he would be back in the morning to fix it. Never showed, never called, would not answer phone, or call back to let me know why he never showed. Got a hold of his wife/secretary after many tries in the late afternoon, told her I was going to go with someone else more reliable, who would show up when they say they will, and she flat out hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Nice guy, bad business, unreliable.

  We first learned of Pipedream Plumbing through American Home Shield. They were the local plumber that was working with the warranty company. They came out to address several issues in our newly purchased home...always punctual and friendly.... Mark was great about preventative maintenance without being pushy 👍👍 We have used them several times for various upgrades and look forward to calling them the next time I need help with a plumbing issue 😀😀😀
