  Definitely recommended! We have now hired Vetter twice and, for future jobs, we'll hire them again. The first job was to replace a shower valve. They were in and out with very little disruption to us. The second job was to replace two of our propane water heaters with tankless models and to install valves and boxes for a washing machine and utility sink. Liz and Doug were here for two days and we barely noticed. We're very happy with their work, but that's not the only reason we'd recommend them. They have outstanding professionalism. The entire time they were here, they were considerate of us, our time, and our home. They wore booties and masks the entire time they were inside, unprompted by us. As they finished their work, they made sure to walk us through what they did and how everything worked. They told us what to expect for maintenance and gave us some tips and tricks. We never felt like they were rushing to get to the next job. After each of their visits, my husband and I have both remarked something to the effect of, "I really like them." Not just their work, them. We felt like their prices were fair, we liked working with them, and we liked their work. That's why we wouldn't hesitate to hire them for our next job. Like every tradesperson right now, they're busy and scheduling can take a few weeks. But, at least for us, we were happy to wait for our turn in line.

  Not to "Wax" poetic, but to explain the overall "Value" of the "Professional Service" we received is in one word "Nostalgic". Service the way it used to be. Not being made to feel like you were a bother instead of being a customer. the Vetter Team replaced our Pressure Tank, Hot Water Heater and a couple connections issues. But what they did that really impressed me was to exchange a Hot Water heater I had purchased for $500.00 and couldn't install (Too Big) or return to the wholesaler. I didn't have to buy another one! They didn't have to do that.. We want to re-pipe our Manufactured Home in the next few years and they will get our business. Are they the "Cheapest"? NO. You can always find cheap.. But when you buy cheap you get cheap. Great Job! Thank you GK La Center WA.

  It's hard to explain how passionate and knowledgeable Doug is about plumbing until you have a conversation with him. He is truly a professional who actually cares about delivering results to his customer. He helped me when I was in a bind with my water heater and no one else would help. He was generous, timely, responsive, and worked hard to solve my problem. Simply he is a superstar in the business and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
