  My cousin was a master plumber and serviced all my rental properties as well as my personal home. He passed away 3 years ago and I struggled to get a plumber that I could trust and that did quality work at a reasonable price. After trying several outfits and not being very impressed. I finally came across the Pipe Doctor. From the moment I spoke to their office staff and then the owner himself (Mike) I knew I got a hold of a professional outfit from top to bottom. They made the appointment promptly the day I needed them and boy were they on the ball. Sending me text updates confirming the appointment to when the technician was on his way to my place. They were prompt, polite and ready to tackle the job. They got right to work every issue that I pointed out they immediately solved. I was in awe on how they worked so efficiently. I made up my mind right there and then that these were the people I've been looking for. I will use them exclusively for all my plumbing and heating needs. Mike the technician and Peter his assistant did a GREAT job! Thank you!

  I contacted Pipe Doctor Plumbing recently to replace a faulty shutoff valve behind my toilet - they sent Mike out and, for a very reasonable price, he took care of it easily. I live in an older home and sometimes it is hard to find a plumber who is willing to work on the older pipes or find the appropriate fittings. Mike took a look and determined exactly what we needed, took the time to go back to his warehouse and get the right parts for us, and the repair looks great. This is the second time I've used Pipe Doctor and I'm not disappointed.

  Pipe Doctor was quick to respond. Essentially same day service. Technicians were prompt, polite, fast and fastidious. From what I can discern, the replacement of my water heater was perfect. No leaks. No problems. They are pricey. $1,980 installed for a 50 gallon Bradford White. I was told the job would take three hours, but it was done in under an hour. They didn't charge me less for doing it faster! Still, I would definitely use them again, and I really appreciated being helped in a pinch.
