We had a very good experience with AWS plumbing. This was not an emergency - only a slow leak - so they came in a timely manner and repaired the problem. The repair didn't 'take' at first and we had to call them back. The staff in the office were extremely polite and considerate. They dispatched a secondary pair of plumbers who made the correct repairs. They even phoned to say that they were coming a little earlier than planned and happily there was no charge for any rework. The office staff were very savvy with email, sending both invoices and repair summaries as email attachments. Great company

AWS is an amazing company. I lost heat in the middle of the winter. they went above and beyond to help me! the part I needed had to come from California and only arrived on Friday night. Yonita, who was my contact on the phone was so nice and so patient with me!! Vince the technician was at my house first thing in the morning on Saturday morning. changed the broken part and didn't leave until he had checked that everything was working well! I definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future

Our boiler broke about a year ago and we were having a very difficult time finding a company to come out and replace it. Every company that came out went straight to the boiler room looked at the boiler for 2-5 min and said ok we know what you need we’ll email you an estimate. It wasn’t very convincing that they knew exactly what we needed by just taking a quick look at our old set up. AWS was the 6th company we had come out to our house. The minute the gentleman walked in he looked at our system and began to measure all the radiators in the house, the size of the property and a bunch of other things. Estimate came back within 24 hours and the job started right away. We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and customer service given to us by everyone at AWS. We now have a brand new boiler that was installed in a day and heating the house perfectly. Thanks AWS!
