  The professionals from Perry Plumbing are always on-time, clean, respectful of person and property and clearly very knowledgeable about their trade. I had a lot of work done on my older house including a leak under the faucet and a leaking water heater. All it takes is a call to Margie and John from dispatch and then they send Alex and Brandon (and couple other pros whose names escape me right now). First the guys evaluate the problem and then propose a good, better or best solution. I then decided which option I wanted to go with depending on my needs/budget. I have to say that I don't know whether the service is cheap or expensive but I can say that I place a lot of value on convenience, expertise and quality work they provide. I also value the warranty that they provide and they do stand by this. I also had a terrible experience with their answering service where my request for call back seemed like it wasn't reaching Perry Plumbing. I have made Perry aware of this and they are working on this. But I do not fault them for this so long as they fix it. All my other communication with Perry that does not involve the answering service has been exemplary. All in all, I am very happy and thankful for the service I received from this guys. Mr Perry should be proud.

  Perry's Plumbing was referred to me. I met with Brandon, and he was great. He was knowledgeable about the sewer relining process and pros and cons of different methods. He competitively bid the job and checked in with me throughout the process, even moving up my install date as a timeslot opened up. The lining team led by Raul was also great. They took the time to answer questions as they worked and successfully relined my sewer line as promised. Overall, I am very satisfied with Perry's Plumbing and would recommend them.

  I had Alex and Cameron as my Plumbing Technicians. They were awesome and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated the way Alex explained what they were repairing and why they were making the repairs. I thoroughly understood the explanation he provided. If I were to have plumbing issues in the future I would definitely use Perry Plumbing and request Alex and Cameron. Thanks guys for being so awesome, kudos to you both👏🏾👍🏾!!!
