1st Response Plumber came out to our house to fix a leak and install a holding tank on our hot water heater. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my husbands questions. He was also punctual and cleaned up after himself. Overall the service was a wonderful experience.

I have a rental that needed servicing. They showed up to snake the tub almost immediately. The price was more than reasonable and when I noted that there might be issues with the kitchen sink, the worker was very honest and gave me tips that save me some money. Very honest worker.

I called professional plumbing due to all the five star reviews and can confirm that this company is amazing. We had a really stubborn clogged sink that two other plumbers had already failed and/or flaked on fixing. He came out and fixed the (really weird) problem we had within 24 hours. Super personable, friendly guy who just wants to help people.

Micah is awesome! He came daily to work on our water damaged laundry room and as a stay at home mom with a 4 month old and wild toddler as well as 3 dogs, he went out of his way each day to make us feel comfortable and allow me time to quiet my toddler when he explained what he was completing that day.
It is hard to have people come to the house during naptimes but he was very respectful of our needs and property. He did a wonderful job! Although we hope not to need water damage services again, if we do 1st response/ Micah is who we'll call First!

He answered all my questions and kept the working area organized and clean. The cost of his services, purchasing a new water heater, and delivery/disposal fees were reasonable. Recommend!
