  Brad from Perry Aire remedied a few of my HVAC issues this year to my great relief and satisfaction. Brad explains and shows me the issues and provides me with options that consider the welfare of my condo, its impact on my condo building, and my health. I first used Perry Aire as a new resident almost 10 years ago, when I lost heat during a very cold Christmas week. Although I had a homeowners warranty at the time, only Perry Aire could locate the equipment that I needed to restore heat within a week's time. I continue to be grateful for their integrity and professionalism.

  From calling in to the office, to the technician that arrived at my door, everything was 5 star! Mr. Cooper the plumber fixed my garbage disposal and even gave some tips on how to prevent the same issue in the future. Very friendly company, I would definitely use them again!
