On-Line order pickup. Local Lowe's didn't have it in stock. Order was ready when I got there. Gina in Customer Service was fabulous. Very helpful and polite. Colin brought my order up quickly. Great experiences all around. Very appreciative of that.

It's everything that's good about Lowes. Great selection, military discount, clean and well lit. Good customer service.

It's like home depot but with different brands... and sometimes better deals. Bathroom is 5 out 5, recommend to drop by and take a load off, especially after  eating at the nearby sonic. People friendly unless they don't know much then they avoid eye contact.

Most folks are nice but just one bad apple can ruin an experience. This cashier lady today refused to apply a 10% coupon I had. She was like “well, it’ not getting applied so I guess you won’t get your discount” without reading the terms or anything. The manager had to be brought in to manually overnight the system and apply the coupon. Another window asking to choose between extra 5% or 0% finance for 6 months appeared and she required me to choose the 6 month financing option even though I did not want to take it. If I can’t get an extra 5% I don’t really care to get the 6 month 0% option. I don’t need it! She should have asked her manager to override the system again to either give an extra 5% or nothing at all. If I don’t want to finance something I should not be pressed by the cashier to do so. This was really bad customer service.

I called ahead to see if this store had an Ego 18 inch chainsaw. They had 2 left. When I got there, the associate had put one side for me! Paying at self checkout I had a problem entering my military discount. One of the managers was there to help within 3 minutes. Got me checked out with my discount. EXCELLENT customer service!

The staff in this store are always pleasant and helpful. I have never been in and not been able to find or purchase what I can't fit. Bravo Lowe's!

I have used this Lowes for more than two years, and for good reason. The store is always orderly, clean, and well-stocked. The employees are routinely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. What is especially notable is that, while employees have come and gone - along with a diverse staff from younger to older, everyone is so professional and pleasant! This speaks volumes of the management. Great work!

Nice clean loading area in back of store very open and roomy fit trucks to park. I'm TMC these are fresh pics as if 3-3-20. Very upbeat profession staff in the loading area. Lamar Checked me in and off loaded the wood I had on my truck with precision. Awesome guy ask for Lamar when you arrive. See pics to help you when arrive with deliveries. Stay away from West side in front of building that is the exit for trucks come in Eastside there is a side road straight in for large trucks see pics.

I went into Lowe's today to purchase a tub and 2 vanities. Meg and Colin were very helpful employees. They helped me with a price match from home Depot. The two helped me with everything I needed. I highly recommend their help. Lori and another gentleman helped them and me at check out and loaded it on my truck. They all deserve a raise. It's truly hard to find good help these days
