  My family had the pleasure of working with Dennis, Otto and the team on our master bath, powder room renovation. They helped us stay within budget but still achieved the vision we had in mind. They were very professional, patient, and very easy to work with. They always tried their best to leave the home clean after each day of work. In every renovation, you will always run into obstacles. They were very transparent and communicative through every step of the way. We are blown away by how great the bathrooms looks. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trust worthy, professional and respectful contractor.

  I used Dennis Perez's remodeling company and I was very happy with my choice and the results! During the initial phase when I asked a few contractors to come out with an estimate for my small hallway bathroom I could tell right off the bat that Dennis and his team have done similar work, he was able to describe in more detail all the work that would be required compared to the other contractors. He is very responsive over text and calls as well! He kept me in the loop of the entire progress to make sure I bought the tiles in time before it came time to install them. They were really careful to make sure everything was clean during the destruction and installation. I bought all the finishes and fixtures for this bathroom and Dennis and his team did the labor and finishing. Pictures attached of the build process and the final result.
