  Elmer and his team do good work and have met many needs of ours in our 98-year old house, from finishing the basement to remodeling the kitchen to cleaning up after a flood and installing waterproofing. Elmer has a wide breadth of knowledge and I am comfortable turning to him with any job. He truly cares that the work is done properly so that we are taken care of.

  Very unreliable. A year and 3 months later still did not finish a kitchen remodel correctly. Regularly no shows and makes mistakes. Now that all that is left is to correctly install the dishwasher (which is coming out of the wall), fix a wood panel already falling apart, and fix paint where he got floor glue all over the wall and door frame, there have been 3 days of no show, and 2 days of no answer to text messages or phone calls. Not to mention the original flooring he "fixed three times" is still popping up. It looks as if after over a year Elmer will literally just not finish the job. This pains me to write because Elmer is a very nice man, I just now have a lot of things to hire other people to fix.

  I had to remodel my bathroom to remedy old water damage to the dry wall and the floor areas. Due to a mobility issue that developed over time I had started feeling unsafe using the bathtub. A+ suggested a walkin shower with a bench and grabbars allaround. Elmer of A+ helped with many concrete suggestions and ideas to improve the safety as well as quality of my bathroom. I appreciated the expert attention to detail. The project took a little longer but it was worth it. An excellent value.
