They showed up promptly right at the front end of their 4 hour window, took no time with the install of my new water line to my fridge, and Sergio was so good with my daughter interaction by with her and making the 2 year old feel comfortable that a stranger was in her house. If you have any plumbing issues or maintenance I highly recommend this business!!

Just had a great experience with Sergio from people’s plumbing! We are new homeowners and this was our first time in need of a plumber. Sergio was recommend to us . I was able to get an appointment in less than a week for a toilet repair. Sergio was extremely friendly, educated us on the repair and was straightforward with our options for service replacement vs toilet replacement. He spent a lot of time explaining to us the issue and even showed us how he was going to resolve the problem. We even inquired about a new sump pump for our crawlspace. Very genuine man and will definitely be using him again for installing a new sump pump!

People's plumbing was the assigned contractor to unclog a stoppage.The technician lied and indicated the insurance company did not cover unclogged stoppages from a clean out access point inside the house. He stated he will send that diagnosis to the insurance company and I could discuss with them on next steps. Upon discussing with the insurance company, I learned the tech's diagnosis was that an clean out access point was not available and they needed to install a new one. People's plumbing lied to the customer and the insurance company. There is a clean out access point to complete the job, however it appeared as the tech did not wanted to do the work. This attitude and actions reflects poorly on People's Plumbing, I would advise anyone looking for a plumbing contractor to look elsewhere and hire an honest vendor.
