  PENTAGON PLUMBING is absolutely AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL AND FAST!! Alfred, was/is so very nice and made QUICK work of installing our new soft water line AND new shut off valve at the house. We called on Thursday, they came out on THAT DAY and the work was COMPLETED IN TWO DAYS :) !! We could not be HAPPIER with the services of PENTAGON PLUMBING!!

  Was referred by our overbooked plumber. Excellent scheduling process. Tech arrived without PPE protocols in place. Pleasant but self impressed... diagnosed component replacements for our water heater would cost almost the purchase price of our unit... which included his $120/hr rate for the drive across town to aquire parts. After discussing these fees w our plumber we decided to just replace & install it for a couple hundred more than our repair bid. I called the office to cancel my service request & pay a service call fee. They were once again very pleasant & professional, refusing payment seemingly embarrassed w Darren's behavior. Then Darren texted whining about our 2nd opinion. He thinks Covid-19 is imaginary. I told him he should expand his sources of factual information then i decided to leave it alone.... then.... Darren mistakenly texted me instead of his boss calling me a pea-headed f## lol yes he even mispelled the profanity. If you call these folks you should definitely request anyone but Darren. It's hard to get good help

  Dear Integrity Window Fashions, I called you to personally apologize for the unprofessional conduct of our service technician. We strive to excel in the service of our customers while also ensuring their safety. We do follow the CDC guidelines and were surprised when you sated our tech was not following them. Please note, this is in direct conflict with the version of the story our tech gave, as he stated he was in fact following guidelines. This is the first time we have heard this complaint. I understand there was an unfortunate text exchange between the two of you that should have never occurred. In any case, the tech is no longer with us. We are very sorry for your unpleasant experience and hope you will give us another chance to prove that Pentagon Plumbing is the best choice for your plumbing needs in the Las Vegas Valley.   Olay was very nice and professional, came to fix our igniter on our fireplace, other people quoted me anywhere from $150-$800! He took a little time, tested and cleaned the manifold, and showed me the trick to the pilot light on this model. It works great! Highly recommend them.it only cost me $65!
