  I can NEVER get through. The voicemail is always full. Even with email, I hardly get a response. I had an appt for a re-install of a sink that I took time off of work to be there for and I got a call well after the time they were supposed to be there telling me that they sent the technician to WPB instead of PSL. They told me that he will be there on Saturday (they don't work on Saturday) due to the inconvenience only to never show up. That was 11 days ago.

  Hate giving 5's makes it seem like I'm a relative, Nope. Dennis was Outstanding and the price was right. Used them years ago; they had sent me a hello how are you doing need anything let me know everything alright email. Garbage disposal was acting up so I decided to go with a different setup. Clean, professional and prompt attention to this matter. My kind of people.

  The technician came out because the kitchen sink was backed up. He checked 1 pipe which had no water or anything in it. Went ahead and used an electric snake and cleared the clog. He was friendly and did the job. However the report turned in to the rental agency was a complete lie. He misquoted things I said and claimed to pull out a lot of debris. I was with him the whole time and I saw nothing. They may get the job done, but I would prefer a company that practices honesty and has integrity.
