I got locked out of my company vehicle at the car wash today with both of my phones inside my truck. I approached a guy in a Peck and Pock truck and asked to use his phone to figure it out. The guy let me use his phone for probably 15 minutes while he was washing his truck and was very patient. That gave me a chance to get the situation resolved. It was very much appreciated.

They are currently doing construction next to our home and continually blocking off access out of our home. The road closed signs that are put up are put in such a manner that we cannot access the one way out. Our only other way out has been repeatedly closed without warning at least 4 times in the past 3 weeks. They blame the traffic control company and the traffic control company blames them. They are completely unprofessional and rude.

Peck and Peck may do good work, but they do not address safety concerns in a timely or responsible manner. A large rock hit the windshield of our vehicle when one of their "empty" trucks entered the freeway ahead of us. We had 3 small children in our vehicle. The truck had clearly not been swept out and many rocks of various size were flying out as the truck accelerated to freeway speed. We called to express concern; no return call. We emailed to express concern; no return email. We called repeatedly and we're told by the receptionist that Peck and Peck refuses to pay for our windshield replacement,- despite all of the credible information we provided to verify the incident. We asked to speak with the owners and the receptionist refused to provide their contact information. We have been treated with disrespect and disregard. We will pay out of pocket to have our windshield replaced...4-5 inch diameter point of impact...but our bigger concern is that if this rock had struck a motorcyclist or an open convertible, someone could have been seriously injured or killed. Addressing genuine safety concerns to mitigate risk is an important part of running a successful business, and it is clear that safety is not a priority for Peck and Peck. We will never do business with them for that reason.
