  I would not recommend this company. Save your time and money on another company that can actually help. Update: They just called me and said that they will no longer work with me. Their comment below is just for show. They don't care about resolving the problem.

You are not our customer and this came through a home warranty company and we are only allowed to do so much when a home warranty company is involved. We are working with you and will be out to your residence again to talk discuss the issues and get them remedied as quickly as possible.
