We are so happy with the services provided by Peaden . We had a great plumber named Zachary that work 3 long days to repair our plumbing. He absolutely went above and beyond . The job on our home was not an easy one. Zachary made sure that he had great communication and he always made sure that he did quality work. Everything he did was very much appreciated !

Needed to have a routine AC checkup done and Jim and Dustin let me know everything was working fine and all my parameters were within spec. They let me know the UV system was not working and explained everything to me. They offered suggestions and gave me options to include their warranty/membership benefits.  I ultimately ended up purchasing the membership as it was very beneficial for me.

Don't hesitate to call these guys if you need excellent service.

Spoke with  Scheduling to confirm and talk about the issue then stayed in touch throughout the day via text to make sure no time wasted waiting around. Daniel was great! Pricing is likely comparable for this area, but I appreciate being offered ways to save. I also like how they contact you at least 30 minutes prior to arrival. Will definitely call again if I need anything else.

Zachary and his associate did an amazing job, and were professional and courteous. They were able to fix our leak within an hour and even swept the floors before they left. We will definitely use them again if we have any plumbing needs! Five star experience.

Although I do work for Peaden as a service install tech on the electrical side, Zach and I worked on the base dorm job on the new construction side. I knew Zach was a hard worker but didn’t know what his plumbing skills and background entailed. Had a cracked cast iron drain line under my kitchen slab that was leaking up through the floor, Zach got out there and was able to fix the pipe and find good drain line to reattach to and it only took him around 6 hours with minimal damages to the flooring and was able to mot damage my cabinets or anything. Zach did a fantastic job, my wife is beyond please with the workmanship and everything that was done, as was I. Peaden better not let Zach slip away!

Beware of gouging with this company!!! The technician was amazing, but I felt so bad for him. The quote for the work was absurdly overpriced (more than double what it should be). On top of that, I was told on the phone when I booked the appointment for an estimate that I would have to pay an $89 fee if we didn’t commit to having the work done that day. But that fee would be waived if we did commit to having the work on that day. I committed to having the work done, yet still have to pay the fee!!! The technician told me that there are tiers of membership where the fee is waived. But that was never explained to me on the phone. It feels like a total bait and switch with this company. I will never be calling Peaden again, and I’m going to call the person who referred them to me to let them know they need to stop referring them, too.

David was awesome he saw what the issue was and was able to fix it in about an hour. I really can’t thank him enough for fixing my issue fast and efficiently. If I have anymore issues with my house I will go back to Peaden for help!

I got an estimate to replace my water heater. I already had the replacement unit and just needed it installed. The quote was $2300 for a 2-3 hour job. I repeat I already had the replacement hot water heater. I just needed it installed.

Okaloosa gas installed it for less than $400. Could not believe it was a serious quote. Not sure why but I would not trust any of their prices to be competitive anymore.
