  So grateful to everyone at PCI Plumbing! We remodeled two bathrooms and Rich was amazing. They managed all of the plumbing needs along with assistance in selecting lighting, towel bars and really all the accessories. The work done was the best quality and done with care and timeliness. SO SO HAPPY. I would recommend this team to all and I will enjoy their efforts for years to come!

  Our drain wasn't draining right for the washing machine. They were here to view the project within 15 minutes of calling and showed up at the exact time we were quoted a few days later. The plumbers were EXCELLENT in their field and properly re-plumbed the pipes to fix the issue. Very professional and very respectful. Don't know about pricing yet since we haven't received the bill. I will definitely contact them for any future issues!

  They arrived, gave us a quote for $400 to hook up our existing water softener, Which was more than what the last place quoted, but we just wanted to get it done so we approved them to do the work. When they completed he told me he would mail me a Bill. I then discovered that they left a huge mess behind. I also received the bill a few days later for almost $600! By the way, I have called back and still no returned call! That is why I reached out here! The mess that was left behind, (in my children’s playroom) was a chemical cleaner of some sort, a roll of dirty paper towels, and all around the area of work, there was debris including some pretty sharp little pieces! Not very professional in my opinion!

  I am sorry you feel the need to leave a negative review. We take pride in our work and strive to do good work at a fair price and always clean up after ourselves. 1) the “quote” you mention was when we started working on the project your husband asked how much. I said “at LEAST $400, but I’m not sure”. I then asked him If he wanted me to stop to figure out a price and he replied no, it’s more than someone else quoted, but to be fair he also said their quote was for placing it in a different location and that person also didn’t look at the actual job. (For full disclosure- I also don’t know if they would have included all of the work we did including 3 - 1” ball valves or the bags of salt we provided). He then proceeded to say he just wanted the job done. 2) when we spoke on the phone after the work was done you made no mention of any mess. I did the work myself, so I know I did not leave behind a huge mess so I am not sure what you are referencing. 3) I offered to speak to your husband and you again anytime and never heard from you until you posted this review. As I said, I am happy to go over it all with you both anytime; explain the time, the materials and work done as I take pride in quality work done right every time and I stand behind everything I do. Please call anytime to discuss. **update** 11/13/20 since you changed your review ~ i will also update. I spoke with you once after you received the bill; I have gotten NO return call since that call. During that call you made to me last month after you got the bill there was no mention of ANYTHiNG left behind, messes left or concern of the work done. If you called again there is obviously a glitch somewhere as we have no messages from you ~ just checked again. I am happy to reach out to you and will. Interesting these accusations are coming out a month after the work was done.
