  I had a plumber scheduled to arrive at 11:30-12:30 to put a new kitchen sink and faucet in. I had a family member hang out at my house for the day since I was working. At 1:00, the plumber still had not arrived. I reached out and was told that he got held up, and would be there within the hour. Fine, that's understandable. Still not there at 2. Still not there at 3. 3:15 the plumber finally shows up. He says he would be able to replace the faucet, but probably not the sink. It would be too much of a job for him to get done before his day was over because of the amount of caulk used Ummm, if you were on time, this wouldn't be a problem. He called me to see what I wanted to do and suggested I reschedule. Later in the week I get an invoice in the mail charging me for a trip fee. It's not my fault he came out here and didn't do anything. I would have no problem paying this if he came out and did the job. Invoice also stated that the owner was not on site to make decision. Like I stated before, I had a family member here who called me immediately after he questioned the job. I reached out to a different plumbing business in town to get a quote for this. They got me in within the week, with a family member on site, and no complaints. Sink was replaced, faucet was replaced, and he even offered to hook up my new dishwasher. At least I know who to go to and recommend in the future.

  Called in to get some work done. Requested photos to be sent in for an estimate. I sent 10 plus a good description. Followed up twice. Recieved an apology response back but never got an estimate or anything else over a week later. Ultimately found someone else to do the job. Won't be calling this place back in the future.

  I would just like to say Thank You to Mitch and Janesville Plumbing for the outstanding work they did on re-plumbing my home. They came in and looked everything over, then sat down and made suggestions and reviews on the different ways to go and the materials to use. They left all the info and said to contact them back after I had looked at everything and made any type of decision. No hard pressure sale or it has to be done now or the price could go up. I always get 4-5 estimates on any work that I have done in order to compare. I viewed them over and I contacted them back a week later and scheduled the work to be done. They sent a young man, at least to me. Mitch arrived and introduced himself and his helper, went over everything that was going to be done and checked if I had anything to change or add. Then they started the work. Very polite, courtesy, and well mannered. They were very careful working around the house to make sure nothing was damaged or broken. I just can't say enough about this company and the employee's that they employ. I know that I will have more work to do in the next years and that this will the company that I'll be calling. Thank You again Mitch for all your work and help.
