  Cannot recommend this place more highly! They quoted immediately over the phone without a charged service fee visit. Replaced two toilets quickly and perfectly. Then, after Another widely known plumber had originally left my shower only half working and then claimed the second repair would be significant and costly, Payless fixed it quickly and at a fair price, and it looks and works better than even the initial installation of the shower. Thank you very much to Payless - I would absolutely use your company again!

  After a rather unpleasant several days trying to get my water heater replaced by a national chain store, I contacted Payless at around 7:15 on Friday. I explained my problem to Stefan who came to my home about an hour later, presented some options and an estimate. His crew came Saturday at 9 a.m. and was done by 1:15 p.m. They moved the location of my heater from laundry room to the garage for a reasonable price and did it courteously and efficiently. I now have a larger water heater in a better location and more usable space in my laundry room. Payless Plumbing will be the first place I call the next time I need a plumber.

  I used this company to service my house that needed plumbing work on all 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. They replaced and fixed all weak points that needed service and passed all inspections by a residential inspector to keep my mind at ease. They were very professional and very knowledgeable of their work. They seemed very confident in their work , which is something I watch for for any repair work being down at my home. I will recommend them for future work and refer to others that need their services!
