The worst most unethical out there. Told me my charge was $385 all in with a one time $25 discount for a first time customer. Can out and the next thing I knew they charged my credit card $559. Overcharged. Thrives. Still haven’t even provided me with results of scope. Serious bait and switch. Stay away. Reported to the BBB. And cancelled my card so they don’t try to charge me more.

Mr. Bowman, We were quite surprised to read your condemning review. After researching this issue, we found that both Mr. Kinzler, your real estate agent, and Mrs. Bowman were given the rates regarding a camera inspection, as well as the cost for additional time after the first 2 hours. Both Mr. Kinzler and Mrs. Bowman were also told by the Service Manager and her assistant that once we received payment for the camera inspection, a report of the findings and a thumb drive would be provided to you. Mrs. Bowman gave her authorization for payment to be charged once the camera inspection was completed and our office called to advise that the credit card payment was going to be processed. Since time was of the essence, per your real estate agent, the Service Manager emailed a copy of the invoice to him last evening. The invoice summarizes details from the technician who ran the camera line. Our Service Manager has also responded to all of your emails and once again explained the procedure for a camera inspection and the costs involved. Clearly, there is a misunderstanding for you to react in such an unpleasant manner. At Kyle Plumbing, we take allegations of unethical conduct/billing practices very seriously and will be happy to provide the BBB (who we have an A+ rating with) supporting documentation to refute any claims that we have operated in such a manner and defend our reputation.

Very responsive, quick and thorough. Found the leak and called me to explain the problem. Took a video of the leak to show me. I thought the charge was reasonable and I was given a 25$ credit because I am a first time customer. Will definitely use Kyle Plumbing again.
