I hate to bash a small business but this experience has been horrible. I called on Thursday and asked if they could come out for an urgent issue. I have 50 employees and one working bathroom due to a clog. I was told they would be out that afternoon. They did not come but I did receive a call from Brandon on his cell phone stating that they would be out the following day at noon and I accepted that appointment. When I called at noon on Friday because nobody was here, he had no idea what I was talking about and said he double booked himself (it happens, I get it) but would be there by 1300. Again, I said that was fine. He didn't come at 1300 and I called and he said 1400. I called FOUR times at 1430 and was forwarded to voicemail each time. I called the main line and didn't get an answer as to if he would even be showing up or not.. I understand the lack of employees and the demand on trades at this time but being nonresponsive is not a way to gain or keep business. I ended up finding another company that was true to their word and responsive.

I had Tom out to clear a clogged drain. He’s friendly, trustworthy, reliable, and does a fantastic job! It's nice to see a honest & hard working individual who knows what they’re doing. Thank you Tom! I definitely recommend Pauley's to everyone. 👍

My 72 year old mom called them because her toilet and tub were backing up and water was everywhere. They came out and told her $8000-$10,000 to break up her whole bathroom because she had a broken pipe under the slab. When I called to find out what he is talking about he didn't even sound like he knew what he was talking about. Said we would have to replace everything in the bathroom. He told her to get a personal loan for the work because the insurance company wouldn't cover it. I called a company I trust and turns out, pipe wasnt broken, it was clogged by roots under the back yard and the toilet flange was shot. 2 hours and ONLY $500 later, is fixed and I have the pictures to prove it! Shame on you for trying to take advantage of an elderly woman!!!!!
