  Excellent customer experience with this company. Called midday and was able to get appointment within 4 hours of calling. They had product I wanted and delivered as promised. Technician installed in less than 1.5 hours, cleaned up and hauled away old tank. He even took the time to answer all my questions and show me proper operation and maintenance of my new unit. Will be using them again for sure when the time comes to replace my 2nd unit. I highly recommend you go with Paul's Plumbing. You will not regret it.

  Our water heater started leaking from the bottom so we called the number that was on the water heater itself, from the last time we got it replaced 10+ years ago--- Paul's Plumbing. We called before noon and they were able to come that afternoon to replace ours. Our service guy was really terrific. Practiced social distancing, was friendly and efficient. Great company, will always use them!
