My wife and I recently got new countertops and a newer, deeper, sink in our kitchen. We had to had some piping redone because of the sink depth difference, and the fact that the new sink had only one drain, not two. The plumber that did the job, John, was excellent. He cut an excellent hole in the drywall to access the piping (this had to be done), and installed new piping, disposal, and pipe vent. He even took a few minutes after he was finished to educate me on what he did, and why he did it. You could tell immediately that the job was done professionally, because he pointed out a number of things that he fixed that were existing issues we were unaware of, such as wiring that could have caught fire that was not properly insulated years before we even moved in. I'm sure you can hire a "fix it guy" at a cheaper rate, but I can tell you that they will most likely be the source of the installation problems that were not up to code that we were unaware of. OR you can hire someone that not only installs proper piping and disposal wiring, but also takes time to fix existing issues that he spots along the way. I highly recommend this service as I have had two different employees come to do jobs in the past, and both of them knew exactly what they were talking about. When I would ask why something was the way that it was under the sink, they didn't have to think for an answer. It was automatic.

So so happy with both the owner and the plumber out to our house, John! We have had a lot of issues with our plumbing with really old cast iron pipes that were in really rough shape when we bought the house. The owner came out to see what was up and walked us through potential problems and solutions and explained everything super well and explained what exactly could be going on without trying to freak us out! Just felt very prepared for what could be coming our way. When they came back to try to fix the clogs, our pipes had a lot of issues with being able to access them properly, but they kept at it until they were able to figure out each issue! Which felt like one thing after the other, but they never gave up and proactively answered questions and gave more information on what had been happening. Showed me each step so I could be more educated about my own home too which I really appreciated. Didn’t give us the run around and they were both super honest and it really eased my mind! Saved us so much headache and stress. Thank you guys so much!

I rarely write reviews. But after the worst nightmare experience with a handyman who broke a pipe by our sink and flooded our home, ruining our new hardwoods, and then disappeared without a trace, I was close to my breaking point. The first plumber at another organization who came out was somewhat rude and highly priced. But when I found John, he was a true home-saver/sanity-saver! He was responsive, professional, and great at explaining what he was doing each step of the way. As a new homeowner he put me at ease and even gave me some professional advice based on my awful handyman experience. Reasonably priced. And had a young man helping him as well who was equally kind/helpful while learning from John at the same time (sorry, forgot his name). And he is well connected to other reputable teams/services in the area if you find yourself in a similar bind like ours where you need more than just a great, trustworthy plumber. I have already referred him to my colleague and do not plan to use anyone else should we have more plumbing jobs come up in the future.
