  John was wonderful. He addressed our plumbing issues, was able to give us a price before repair, and fix all issues in the span of a few hours. He also showed us how to maintain our plumbing to extend the lifetime of appliances/pipes, and the damage he was fixing. All this was done while he was sweet and professional with the whole household. We'll be contacting him again if something comes up. Thank you for your wonderful service!

  The Technician came right away when our hot water heater began leaking suddenly. This was our second quote and they were more reasonably priced than some other companies. The technician did a great job, our new water heater looks great, he left the area nice and tidy! We really appreciate the quick and efficient service!

  Charlotte Plumbing Masters did an excellent job in assisting us to hookup our house to city water. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to detail. Both the office staff and field technicians provided outstanding communication with us at all stages of the process, answering our many questions and informing us of all of the steps needed to complete this project.
