  They came out and did some septic repairs a couple of months ago and it didn't fix the problem. I called a couple of times to get a call back to go over our next steps for repairs and nothing. No call back either time. On top of that I gave them the benefit of the doubt for questionable customer service the first time. We wont be using them again.

  These guys are absolutely amazing. They came through and fixed all my problems in regards to a backed-up sewer drain. Very professional!!!! They came on Time and made phone callsto regarding their location and objective. They did everything possible to make my experience a great one!!!! Two thumbs up!

  Parks Sewer Services is great. I had a sewer backup into my basement, called them, the lady that attended me was very helpful and was able to secure a truck same day to come over, see the issue, remove the plug in a quick manner. The field team was very courteous and actually cleaned the carpet on my basement stairs when they dirtied them on the final checkout. Highly recommend them. Quick, efficient, and reasonable cost.
