  Paramount plumbing was assigned by our home warranty company to diagnose and repair a hot water heater issue in our home. I tried calling the number a total of 11 times over a 48 hour period during normal business hours and left messages each time. The warranty company also attempted to get in touch with them and left messages on at least two occasions. Ultimately, I ended up having to get the warranty company to reassign the job to another contractor because no one at Paramount plumbing would return my calls. Use someone else. This is NOT a reputable company. They don't even have a website. What a joke!

  I've used this company twice now. Beyond satisfied and will use them next time I need a plumber! 2017 they replaced my water heater the same day I called which was faster than I expected! This past week my garbage disposal started leaking and they were out the same week! They quoted a price and that's what they billed me. Refreshingly honest and dependable!
