Had a great experience they were very helpful with my situation

I experienced great service at the front door with security guards up too Samantha who was very professional and patience and understanding.

Very helpful but when did they combine 3 counties in 1 very small office?????

Thanks Melanie! We combined back in 2011. We do have a mobile Link bus that goes to areas farther away from the office in Sunbury for those who don't want to travel so far.

The employees there were very helpful and made what could have been a terrible experience, not just tolerable but almost enjoyable.

Put it somewhere clear o  your website that the unemployment help phone doesnt open when you open. I wasted my time purposefully coming down there at 830 when you open only to find out I cant use the phone until 11.

Hi Elizabeth, we do not set the hours for the Unemployment Compensation Courtesy Phone, the UC office does.  I can certainly see how that would be extremely frustrating for you.  The phone is available on M, Tu, and Th from 11 - 3 typically, but currently all UC Courtesy Phones at all PA CareerLinks throughout the state have been disabled.  We hope to have them back at some point, but do not yet know when that may happen.  Thank you.
