Very knowledgeable staff and reasonably priced for a complete central air replacement.  Story short, had an old carrier unit that was installed in 1985.  Was starting to have cooling issues with it and then it quit working.  Tech came to diagnose the problem and found and irreparable coolant leak.  Got quote, worked with their sales team and in a weeks time it arrived and was installed.  Excellent craftsmanship in tying in the new with the old.  This is a company that takes pride in their work.  Would definitely recommend.

Called to get air conditioning system Installed in my home. Representative came to house. Looked around. Told me that they would get back to me with an extimite. Never heard from them. Guess they don't want the business.

Following installation of an HE furnace an unexpected situation resulted with poor air flow to critical vent at thermostat location. Two frustrating months later with still no resolution, I called to get some feedback. The business manager, Adam, was extremely rude and dismissive. Actually told me to "live with it". And left me in the position that I had to hire another HVAC service. So if you are confident your job will go flawlessly,  then yes, hire McCreary's. However,  if you are searching for a business committed to the project  ... particularly if problems arise ... then I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

Last October I had my furnace maintenance and repaired and a new pump installed to the tune of 300+ dollars. Sometime during the winter while I was away, my furnace stopped working and super backed up into the system and over my basement. I was unable to have oil delivered because of the back up and because my system is a boiler system have been without hot water since I returned home a week and a half ago. When I called, I was given and put an appointment for three days hence. On that day the technician was unable to work on my system promising to come back the next day. I waited the whole next day no one showed up no one called and I am still without hot water. I called nobody called me back I called again this morning I promise to get somebody out to me today again nobody told me when they were going to call me back. I called and was told that I could be put on the schedule for another nine days hence because everybody’s busy. Now I would think that as a good customer I would have gotten service Have gotten service when I needed it. I understand that there are others I understand that everybody has limited capabilities at this time however asking what I thought was a valued customer to wait 2 1/2 weeks for service is unacceptable. I have not yet heard back from the owner but I’m interested to hear what he has to say. I was told that someone was here and saw a truck from a different HVAC company which I explained belong to my neighbor who I didn’t call because I was or what I thought valued customer of McCreary’s

Today we woke up to a freezing house, of course on the first snow day this winter. We called a familiar heating place and was told they were to busy for a service call to fix our furnace. So I went to google and found McCreary's was a local HVAC company. I called and Brian answered the phone and was extremely nice! He told me they could of course help me and he had a guy out to fix the furnace an hour later! The repair man was extremely professional, fast, and got to the problem right away and within the hour I had heat again!!! Thanks again!

I have used  McCreary's for over 10 years. In the past this was a great company and highly respected for HVAC repair.  In the last two years the new office management and staff have gone down hill with incorrect billing, scheduling and  inexperienced.  No longer recommend this company.

The are not experienced sold me parts that were not necessary because the same problem kept happening even after they claimed they fixed it and diagnosed it paid $800 for a part only to have the same problem happen 3 days later and be charged another fee for another part really poor service

They are there when you need them most! Very nice and professional. If it's the weekend, don't even waste your time with anyone besides McCreary's ... because that's exactly what you will be doing.

The absolute best customer service.  Friendly and knowledgeable staff.  We've been regular customers and wouldn't consider calling anyone else.  Highly recommended.

They were very prompt, polite and did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone
