  Phillip came out and quoted work to replace my failed well pump and tank upon inspection . He and Jamie worked quickly and efficiently to install my new tank and pump. I was impressed by their work and professionalism. They got me fixed quickly and honored the quoted price. Would definitely use again.

  I usually don't write reviews, but I felt I had to write one about this company. I am a first-time homebuyer. I was out of water for a few days. I was beyond stressed out. I called PB's Waterpump on Tuesday evening at about 7:00pm and explained to them that I am a single parent of 3. I have no water. I have no clue what's going on. They said they would have someone out here first thing Wednesday morning. I had someone here the next day, around 9:30am.  They tested everything and told me what needed to be fixed, which was my well pump. It was reasonable, and my water was up and running in about 30 minutes. I am beyond pleased with how professional and polite they were. The previous plumber I had worked on my water tank. They even fixed some of his shoddy work. I will use them in the future. Thank you once more for the excellent service you provided to me.

  We have a well and found ourselves without water to the house this morning. I called PB at 6 AM and they had someone here by 11. Not Just anyone, he sent James. Very professional approachable and knowledgeable. The job got done Needless to say. But it’s the conscientious details that stand out. While working in the rain, considerate to take his boots off every time he entered the house and when he left, he noticed on our front steps there were some mud stains which he wiped off with a towel. The price was quite affordable and I expected over double that amount. James identified a small valve problem that resulted in a quick repair. He could’ve told me anything and I would’ve just open my checkbook. I appreciate integrity and on top of that, I am humbled by any guy that would work in the rain, crawl underneath my house, be congenial the whole time. I won’t be on my soapbox long but it needs to be said. I wonder on some of these reviews if the reviewer has ever work a day in their life as hard as these guys work. Different strokes for different folks, but you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar. When I called at 6 AM I didn’t let the stress of not having water and that wrecking my day export to the scheduler, but I stated any time of arrival would be fine and thank them for trying to work me into the day. I didn’t micromanage James, I offered him a bottle of water as soon as he arrived, I asked his name before he left and I gave him my name and respect. I get it. Being out of water is stressful. I still wonder if some of the reviewer’s would come across the way they did if the guys that are coming to help you lived on your street and were your neighbors. I suggest treating everyone you deal with like that. You’ll get better results. My results with PBs well service were stellar.
