  I have been using Ozark Mountain Air for a couple of years and have yet to be disappointed. Honest and direct service that keeps you aware of your system, highly recommend. Nathan helped me deal with a capacitor that was fried and got me up in running in the heat of summer. The man was a life saver!

  The ladies in the office were beyond helpful and got me an appointment very quickly. Everyone was super friendly but most importantly as a women, I felt comfortable with and around all the workers. They did a great job! The owner even personally came out when I had an emergency and was melting in my house. If I could go back in time, I would of had them install my unit, but bc I didn't, they will be the only ones from here on out to come fix any HVAC issues that might arise in the future. Thanks Ozark Mountain Air! You go above and beyond!

  Ozark Mountain Air was a pleasure to deal with as I shopped for a ductless minisplit system. Nathan, Eddy, and the team were friendly and did a great job installing our system and educating me on how to use it. Olivia made the process seamless. I now have them on speed dial for the future. Two thumbs up!
