  Lockes can be great having fair prices and often items that cant be had elsewhere. Today I came in with 2 plumbing parts to return for our company and the customer service rep was incredibly rude. I had just gotten back from vacation and she stated that she told me before no returns without a receipt "company policy." I stated that I had not heard that and have never had an issue with returns before. She was very rude and short with me throughout the entire return. Pink under armored sweatshirt lady. Incredible. I haven't ever been treated like this in a retail setting that I can remember. Normally staff is super helpful and grateful for your business. Lockes has got to stop treating customers like they are the enemy especially ones who would be willing to come more often.

  This specifically refers to the heating/cooling. If you go to a place of business trying to get a price and they give you excuses why they won't give you a number like "we only do business with dealers" instead of clearly stating they don't do business with the public, you pick a contractor from their list, he witch hunts your system, gives a quote that requires a certain unit for him to install, fir warranty purposes, then you might have to face a high pressure pitch to sign a payment contract you can't afford. That's a racket ...
