Several weeks ago, I needed to have a real old outdoor hose faucet replaced since it was leaking.  I went to Home Advisor and Overland Plumbing was one of them that was listed by them.  So after speaking with the rep, they had a plumber out the next day afternoon.   The plumber arrived within the time window they promised.  It was a difficult fix since the old hose faucet was difficult to remove, but he was able to do so and installed a brand new one.  It looks great and what matter most, there is no leak.  And the price was reasonable also.

Yesterday 04/14/2021  I had overland plumbing out to fix my kitchen faucet PATRICK arrived on time and wearing his mask checked out the problem I had a 28 year old Grohe faucet it needed to be replaced Patrick said he would go out and pick one up he asked me what type and color and style and he would be back to install it. What a AWESOME faucet he brought back like he read my mind. He installed it and looks amazing and works great. Patrick did a great installation and this is the second time I have used them and in both occasions Overland Plumbing has gone above and beyond with quality of work and GREAT PRICE. You guys are certainly the best.

Patrick was wonderful.  He came by late one day and repaired a leak but said he wanted to check things out further.  He came back the next day and further inspected the toilet and reseated it and reinstalled it.  Quick and clean.  Highly recommended!

I found them on google, and wanted to scheduled service for the same day, the dispatch said she didn't not have any openings but would try her best, & She did! The technician showed up a little after 5:30 pm. He was very polite and knowledgeable, we could not find the drain opening, so he gave me options to clean the line, he suggested we install a "Clean-out" for future services. I didn't expect them to finish in one full days work and they did! it was a total mess of dirt in the backyard, after the clean out was put in, the workers cleaned up the area, it looked as if nothing ever happened. I have not had any issues with the drain line since, I am very happy with the service. I will recommend to my neighbors, family and friends. Great work, fast! Clean and Knowledgeable.

Working with geremi was great. They came in for the plumbing. They came the same day to do an installation. I really like how fast they came. Thanks again. I will call you guys again if I need you.

Integrity, something a business owner should have and pass on to their employees that represent their company. I personally wouldn't want a service worker with zero integrity stepping into my home or business to perform any work. That being said, on 4/5/19 an Overland employee struck my vehicle, breaking both my driver's side mirror, and one of his passenger side mirrors. I literally had to chase after him to get the company phone number off the van and license plate. We went in a complete circle before he pulled into a gas station. My children were scared so I didn't get out but rolled down my window slightly to talk to him. He walked around his vehicle, pulled out his side mirror, tried acting like he didn't understand English, and then denied hitting my vehicle, and stated he was the company owner, all while I was on the phone with his company dispatcher who clearly stated he was NOT the owner but the owner would contact me. I waited until Monday, no call. I called the company again and was told my info was on owner's desk and he'd call me Tuesday. No call Tuesday so I filed a police report. All I wanted was my mirror replacement paid for. Shouldn't have come out of my pocket. I wouldn't trust a company with no morals whatsoever.
